Selective Pallet Racking is a storage system designed for storing goods across various categories. It allows easy access to stored goods at any time and facilitates loading and unloading using forklifts.
The system includes upright frames and load beams, providing 100% efficiency in selecting stored products. Goods are banded onto pallets and handled via forklifts for both loading and unloading.
It can be made up to two pallets deep. Single Deep provides direct access to every product, while Double Deep can increase storage capacity by up to 50% but requires specialized forklifts.
Selective Pallet Racking is a heavy-duty system. Standard racking configurations can hold up to 4,000 kg per layer, depending on beam placement.
The height depends on storage requirements and product quantity. Standard warehouse heights are approximately 9 meters (30 feet), but can be customized to over 15m.
Racks are made of high-quality steel with surface finishes available in Powder Coated or Galvanized options for maximum durability and corrosion protection.
